We have designed a number of heavy duty decoilers and coil cars, precision corrective straighteners, feeders, static and flying shears, stackers and complete blanking lines… for major European contract metal stampers, tool makers, and appliance automotive & other industries. Material thickness generally up to 12mm, also with high resistance steels and alloys. --- Also many high speed and “floor space saving type” lines supplied.
The lines normally include a precision corrective straightener. Straighteners are to remove the coil set and crossbow (not to correct side-to-side material length variations: multi-roller levellers are required for this).
