A new light gauge cut to length line for coils up to 1500mm x 2mm & 10 Ton max. weight. Non-stop operation, with roll feeders and mobile cutoff shear. Automatic 3m stacker & scissor tables, with ‘mark-free’ stacking of produced sheets. Loop type line. The line max. speed is 50m / minute. NICE-PRICE solution with precision flattener* included
* The work rolls of the precision flatteners are of smaller diameters, with back-up rolls keeping them "parallel". Precision flatteners only are for removing the coil set and crossbow. For optimum sheet flatness, levellers are required.
