BUILD TO ORDER CUSTOM DESIGNED
A "typical" line that we supply for fully-automatic manufacturing of gutter supports, gutter end caps, wall holders, wedges etc. is configurated as follows.
It includes: -mechanical power press & feeds, -all tooling, -scrap and product evacuation conveyors, -and the line operation equipment.
Generally the materials are .55 – .60 mm galvanised and colour coated steel. Grade of steel: DX51D+Z or DX52D+Z. / For iron hooks: hot-dip galvanized steel in 4mm x 25mm strips, S235JRG2.
