DETAILS
1) USED 30 t coil car
The Coil Loading Car has a ca. 6m horizontal stroke and, 800mm up/down-stroke.
It is hydraulically operated (hydraulic cylinder diameter: 250mm) with 4 guiding columns.
2) USED mobile, double opposed cone type decoiler
With two very robust, sliding allsteel basements and DC geared motor driven.
After the material threading phase, the motor works as generator-brake during line operation: a pre-fixed 'pull' action by the operator remains constant, while the coil diameter and line speed vary.
The positioning of the cones is hydraulically operated.
A stand-by brake is provided for the decoiler.
3) USED pinch rolls & coil-opening system
Pinch rolls dia.: 200mm. The upper roll is mobile, powered.
The coil-opening table is hydraulically operated.
4) USED leveller, 4-HI type with 15 rolls
The diameter of work rolls is 80mm.
Dia. 160mm back-up rolls, 7 + 7 sets.
5) NEW flying shear
Mechanical power type shear with flywheel and brake-clutch.
Electronic shear "launching" by a geared motor with inverter.
6) USED intermediate conveyor
12m long with leather belt, the conveyor is operated by an AC geared motor with universal joint.
The belt tension is adjustable.
The max. allowed length for scrap-sheets is 3m.
The exit pressure roll up/down-motion is by pneumatic cylinders.
7) NEW sheet stacker
With entry rubber-coated pinch rolls, it has ball-supports moving by action of geared motors; as the supports open, the sheets fall to chain tables below. The tables have an hydraulically operated up/down-motion, controlled by photo-electric cell; they remove the sheet stack once the stacking operation has been completed.
Mobile joggers "equalize" the sheet stack.
