A flying shear type cut to length line line that was NEVER used, new in 2011. It has been designed and manufactured by NOVASTILMEC of Italy: a quality coil processing equipment builder, supplier to major steel Companies/Groups like ArcelorMittal, Outokumpu, Saritaş, Severstal, ThyssenKrupp... (More than 450 coil slitting lines, cut to length lines, process lines, levelers etc. that N. has built are installed in over 20 Countries.)
This precision cut to length line can process carbon steel and stainless steel coils with weights up to 15 Tons, and material thicknesses from .5mm to max. 3.0mm (.4mm to max. 2.5mm stainless steel); the maximum line speed is 60m / min. Sheets up to 6m can be produced and stacked with a +/- .25mm length accuracy. The line direction is left to right.
