In addition to the other equipment types shown on this Page we also can offer new (and sometimes used/re-manufactured) quality light gauge slitting lines, automated CNC programmable slitting heads, cut to length lines, tailored-blank making lines, multi-cut blanking lines, “combi” cut to length/multi-blank/slit-&-recoil lines, special-purpose lines that may integrate punching/laser cutting/bending/welding/parts-auto.handling… as needed; coil ramps, slitter tooling change turnstiles, sheet and slit coil auto. packaging systems ….. everything much reasonably priced – “build to order” / all, completely to our design.
We build a “lighter” coil processing equipment range as above for aluminum, copper, electric steel, galv. steel, stainless steel, surface critical materials i.g., titan-zinc …..
A high automation level can be provided for also this range, from the entry equipment to the cut-to-length/slitting area (with options offered like: auto.-slitters, tooling exchangers, roll cassette type levelers etc.) to the line-exit section (with any auto. handling and packaging systems of the products that may be required).
Very few other manufacturers offer all the above for also “limited budget” equipment.
Generally the material thickness is up to 3mm, sometimes 4mm for the “lighter” Series.
Slitting-recoiling speed: generally up to 200m / min.
Cutting-to-length speed: up to 60m / min.
Coil weight max.: 30 Ton.
