The main features of these simple Stop/Start Type* Lines (*however also available in Flying Shear execution) to process carbon steel, prepaint & aluminium are:

Powered decoiler & coil car, with capacity up to max. 15 t*
(* the standard-options are: "7 t", "10 t" and "15 t")
- hydraulic expansion of decoiler mandrel drum
- drive motor 11.0 kW, hydraulic unit 4.0 kW (the 15 t^)
- the hydraulic unit, common to the decoiler and coil car

Adjustable material-entry guide by handwheel

Servomotor-driven straightener with:
rubber coated pinch roll, dia.: 130mm
9 work rolls, dia.: 100mm
(the upper rolls are adjustable "manually", by means of a handle; with mechanical indicator of position)

Slitter head
shaft diameter: 250mm
5 pairs of knives* for 5 slits, the tooling standard-outfit; more pairs optional, with increased shaft diameter when required
(*quick clamp circular knives in special steel)
metric rule for positioning of knives, with a handwheel to move them up/down
- minimum strip width: 80mm

(Electronic line-stop when the last part to make is under the circular knives.
From the control panel the notice is given that knives must be lifted up; only once this is done, the material is fed to shear.)

Guillotine, mechanical power type
- the shear blades can be turned around (: cutting edge on both sides of tool)

for the straightener^, slitter^ and guillotine shear^:
- drive motors 22.5 kW in total

Sheet stacker
- blank length: 5000mm max.
- stack weight: 4000 kg max.
- the stacker table goes down automatically, as the stack height grows
A sheet-support system is included to avoid scratches
- drive motor 1.1 kW, hydraulic unit 3.0 kW
