OUR COIL-FED LASER CUTTERS IN A FEW WORDS :

• High speed cutting of Steel, Galv., Aluzinc, Plastisol, Aluminum, etc. -- Max thickness 2mm with 2 KW or 3 kW laser source (3 kW give better performances when cutting thicker materials than 1.25mm)
• Accuracy, +/- .2mm including holes
• All parts that can be drawn by a CAD program, can be cut with the machine
• Less maintenance and acceptable energy consumption with the high quality fiber laser we use
• Reduced material waste (scrap) with the optimal nesting of products
• Small micro-joints holding the produced parts, can then be broken out easily
• Limited noise during operation
• Pneumatic material clamp moved by a linear drive, with very accurate movement
• Easy operation by touch screen
• Compressed air supply: just a compressor with approx. 650 l/min capacity and air dryer suffice. However 15 bar are required: or we can supply a booster to get optimal air pressure
• Laser cutter table widths: 1020mm, 1270mm or 1520mm
• A wide choice of entry equipment etc to customize each line…

AUTODESK FABRICATION CAMDUCT SOFTWARE (Autodesk Fabrication Camduct 2018 Stand-alone Licensed) :

• Very well-known and widely used in the insulation and ducting businesses
• Complete library with parts and fittings for insulating sheet metal cladding and air ducts
• Runs on Windows PC, offline from machine -- allowing a high occupancy rate
• A library with preference-parts can be can made by the operator himself
• Standard parts can be stored to minimize programming time
• Supplements for seams and connectors can be programmed and stored in infinite numbers, with or without fixing holes and notches
• Input of data and measurements quick and uncluttered, with clear 3D views of parts
• Developments can quickly be monitored and even changed before accepting
• Different parts can be combined
• Automatic or manual dividing of those developments being too largely-sized to be cut in one piece
• Complete drawing module
• DXF and DWG import and export
• Automatic and manual nesting
• Clear lists can be printed to organize production
• Cost calculation modules
• Project administration
• Programs can be written for also other cutting machines (plasma or laser) in use at the place

+ (OPTION) Our own program for cutting tube developments :

• With or without fixing holes
• Adjustable number and diameter of holes

A ‘STANDARD’ LASER CUTTER INCLUDES:

• Control system, servodrives and “Precitec” cutting head
• IPG Laser source (Type: YLS), placed under the machine
• Chiller for the laser source
