CM Type Loader

Nesting of pipes

FIRST TEST BEFORE DELIVERY: at our Plant in presence of the buyer -- a first acceptance document will be signed

MATERIAL FOR TEST: will be supplied by the buyer and, considered waste material

PACKAGE: no package is necessary; any special or out-of-standard packaging are not included

TRANSPORT: not included, our prices are EXW

INSTALLATION: not included
- buyer’s technician/s will stay a week at our works, for training and machine testing
Each additional training week at customer’s place will be charged at cost

TRAINING: not included ^ except the above

DOCUMENTATION: the instructions-book and touch screen of machine will be in English language (other language on request)
- we will provide a layout dwg. with the foundation and indications of where the machine should be fixed to floor, and a complete list of cables for the connection of the machine
the instructions-book will be complete with:
-operator manual for the correct use of the program,
-schedule maintenance of the machine,
-electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic scheme
-spare part list

COMPLIANCE: the equipment is built to comply the standard European norms
- any changes in resp. to these norms^ will be discussed before order confirmation
- any inspection from ‘external’ Companies to be organized and paid by the customer

WARRANTY: 1 year for the mechanical parts, from date of dispatch; excluding those parts subject to wear, or damaged due to non-correct use of the equipment or work of not qualified people. The warranty is for defective parts, that will be dispatched ‘EXW freight’. Delivery, disassembling of defected parts and the possible work of our technician are not included

ELECTRICAL WARRANTY: 1 year for the electrics, from date of dispatch. If a non-qualified technician (not from us) makes modifications to the software, the warranty will expire immediately
