High-speed eccentric rotary shears achieve high performance and enable continuous production.
Non-stop sheet stackers and bundle evacuators are also required, after the shears; with a specific stacking technology (air-floatation, vacuum, or
magnetic).
Our rotary shears allow of an 80m / minute max. line speed, with 300-2000mm coil widths x .3-6mm material thickness.
Their main features:
- dual cutting edge HPS steel blades
- quickly adjustable blade clearance
- vectorial motor "total-control" drive
- high precision gears transmitting motion to the blade supports
- closed circuit lubrication, with fluid recirculation for the moving parts.
