New tube & section laser cutting system with fiber source, able to process tubes up to ø220mm and “inscribed” (<) open or closed profiles
with:
• Fiber laser resonator, 2 Kw power
• Mobile spindle speed up to 120m/min
• Industrial Ethernet-enabled touch panel, easy to use
• Hydraulic workpiece clamps with proportional valves
• Part loader that can handle different types of tubes and open/closed profiles
• Modular part off-loader with two belt conveyors
• G-code programming, CAD/CAM integrated solution with the possibility to import external files; fully integrated system for drawing, optimization and nesting of tubes
