Our new strip punching lines, 400mm-1600mm wide for max. 6mm thick material include: decoiler (up to 10 t capacity), straightener and feeder (either in "enbloc" execution or separate), punching station and cutoff shear with blade gap adjustment. The lines offer all typical advantages of flexible coil-fed punching systems, in respect to sheet-fed equipment: a reduced cost of material and a reduced scrap quantity; higher production; less floor space needed ... Each hydraulic punch unit has a 7 t to 30 t force. Index and MultiTool Stations are available.
