LINE DESCRIPTION
COIL LOADING CAR
With hydraulic up/down motion (700mm), traverse (3000mm) by electromotor.
Sliding on rails, with floor pit for the hydraulic cylinder and the guides.
Capacity: 30 Ton.
Traverse speed: 6m / min.
UNCOILER
With robust frame of certified steel. Hardened steel gears in oil bath.
The shaft holds a mandrel with large tiles, that hydraulically expand on wedges.
The rotation of mandrel is by D.C. motor, 40 kW power.
Hardened steel gears in oil bath.
The uncoiler works in ‘loop’ mode or ‘in tension’, with the motor acting as a brake (with energy recovery).
Mandrel diameter: 460mm ÷ 620mm -- with no need for spacers.
Max. coil weight: 30 Ton.
- HOLD DOWN (SNUBBER ARM): powered safety arm with containing rolls, hydraulically operated, installed on the uncoiler frame.
- SLIDERS: lower sliding guides at bottom, allowing the uncoiler displacement (+/- 150mm). AUTOMATIC COIL EDGE CONTROL BY PHOTO-ELECTRIC CELL.

UNDRIVEN MATERIAL STRETCHER
Three roll type with allsteel ‘C’ frame and mounted on wheels. The unit upper section opens by means of a pneumatic cylinder; the lower section can be adjusted in height with two geared motors, mutually connected by a transmission bar.
The position of rolls is visualized by DRO.
Dia. 60mm work rolls, 25 back-ups with dia.: 62mm.
STRIP TENSION PAD with felt. Air-operated with adjustable air pressure.
Mounted on a car, it automatically takes the slit coil leading edge from the slitting head exit.
ROLL TYPE STRIP TENSION UNIT
With two dia. 180mm rubber coated rolls.
Automatically adjusted speed and loop adjustment by servo-diameter. Braking: by DC motor.

CONTROL BOARD AND POWERBOARD
The line is connected to our customer technical support service by a remote-assistance system. Upon user’s request and authorization, the remote-connection enables immediate interventions to set parameters, detect alarms, check production… without intervention ‘on the spot’.
