The line maximum speed is 100m / minute. A good slitter tooling set is proposed together with the line.
The line main features are:
- Hydraulic drive motors
- Coil car, decoiler & recoiler capacity 6 Tonne
- Entry Coil ID 500mm
- Exit Coil ID 400mm & 500mm
- 3-arm exit turnstile (one arm is for 400mm Coil ID, two are for 500mm ID)
- Maximum speed 100m /minute
- Maximum 8 slits are possible at 3mm material thickness.
