Brushless motor, fast tube sawing machine with programmable cutting speed and head rotation. Mitsubishi touch panel; saw RPM max.: 200/minute; dia. 425mm saw. Max. round tube diameter that can be cut: 130mm.
A high quality tube cutoff machine with: up-stroking head; programmable cutting speed and head rotation (+/- 75°); 3.5 kW brushless motor; saw RPM max. 200/minute; vertical and horizontal clamps; Mitsubishi touch panel. Can clean-cut round tubes up to 130mm diameter, with a 425mm max. saw diameter.
A newly-designed semi-automatic tube cutting machine with automated rotation of the cutting head (+/- 75°), programmable from the machine touch panel.
Both vertical and horizontal clamps ensure clean cut of parts.
The up-stroking head is controlled by proportinal valve; with tempered helix gears, has zero-blacklash.
Brushless motor with constant torque and variable speed.
Positioning of head and cutting speed, both controlled from touch panel. The user-friendly Mitsubishi touch panel also allows to program the angle-rotation.
Electronic saw protection.
Max. diameter of saw: 425mm.
Possibility to use TCT or HSS saws.
The access to machine for saw changeover and maintenance is quick and easy.
