Developed from the old corrugated profile, trapezoidal sheets have been more and more in use since the late 50s.
Their advantages are: high load-bearing capability, fast-assembly, inexpensiveness, looks.
A variety of profile-shapes is available in the international market, with heights from 10mm up.
Trapezoidal -and, less: corrugated- profiles are, resp. used in (also composite-) roof construction and wall construction, with or without thermal insulation and/or anti-condensation finish & sound suppression finish etc.

We build trapezoidal sheet lines and corrugated sheet lines:
- "standardized" as above, or full- Custom tailored (samples of these are in the #5013^)
- of both static shear type and flying shear type
- with "conventional" or rafted rollformers; single-deck & double-deck (-ex.: #5011^, #5031^) rollformers; "conventional" and duplex (#5012^) rollformers
- complete with any line-exit automation equipment that may be required (-ex.: #2184^, #2185^)
• - with all options available like e.g.: film lamination machines (> for these please see Section: Automation Equipment & Special Machines), coil cars, butt shears / coil end joiners ...
and
bending machines for trapezoidal sheets (#5044^).
Our manufacturing locations for trapezoidal & corrugates sheet lines are in Finland, Italy and Ukraine.

Trapezoidal sheets and corrugates sheets of all materials are being produced, mostly in Europe with lines that we have designed and built: aluminium, copper, galvanized steel, prepainted steel etc.
As to used trapezoidal sheet lines in particular, we have sold (and sometimes revamped, upgraded, re-tooled) lines by: AJV, GASPARINI, PROFIILIKESKUS, ROLLSETT, ROLLSTEEL, SINTECH, STAM...

2. Coil Max. Weight
3. Material Thickness Range - Minimum / Maximum
4. Material Type/s
and we need:

> Drawing/s (Sketches at least) of the Profile/s to be produced

Unless otherwise specified by you, we'll propose our "standard" 40m / min Line Speed

Rafted Rollformer, Flying Shear, Protection Film Applicators... are OPTIONS, available on demand
