This used PU sandwich panel plant for sale is in very good condition; complete with everything, it includes: 4-Storey Press, three Roll Forming Lines of which one is complete with punching equipment, Sheet Tilter/Off-Loader, two Coil Storage Racks, Low-Pressure Foaming Machine with two Vacuum Head Manipulators, three PU Storage Tanks and varios Accessories. Good price.
The Products are: 60mm to 200mm high Sandwich Panels.
ALL EQUIPMENT STILL INSTALLED; IT CAN BE DEMONSTRATED 'LIVE UNDER POWER'.
Plant production with 4 operators + 2 persons for "general services": 400-500m2/day for 100mm high Panels.
The three Panel Types currently being made with the equipment are shown in Attachs.; the plant layout also is Attached.
We can dismantle and re-install, commission the plant; provide full technical support to the buyer.

Sandwich panels offer good "mechanical performance"; they are much used when high rigidity and low weight are required.
The rigidity of panel is achieved thanks to interaction of its components: the core takes the loads and creates a distance between the skins, which take the in-plane stresses -- one skin in tension, the other in compression. A variety of different sandwich core types is available in the market today
